A small independent massage practice founded in 2018 by Brenda Claridge, based in the Bulwell and Bestwood area of north Nottingham. Services include sports and remedial massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, relaxation massage, reflexology and ear candling, with ultrasound used where appropriate. Appointments run Monday to Saturday and on Sunday afternoons.
